ddl.to - keine Bestätigungsmails??

Hallo,
man meldet doch bei ddl.to erst einen Freeaccount an und kauft einen Premiumkey, gibt diesen dann ein (im Account und beim jdownloader) und go oder? Habe weder bei ddl.to oder beim Kauf eines Keys (war ein Reseller) irgendeine Bestätigung für Anmeldung oder Kauf(Rechnung) bekommen? Im Spamordner ist auch nix:-)
Ich habe auch 2 Tage gewartet...
Hat wer eine Ahnung warum oder Ähnliches Problem? Will nicht ausschließen, dass es an mir liegen könnte.

As you can see on our external support department, it is not possible to open or answer tickets at the moment. The reason is that Lithuania has declared a state of emergency. Home office is not possible for us because all employees we had in the support department are guest workers in Lithuania.


Because our support employees were called back to their home country because they are only temporarily employed by us, they had to leave the country within one week.


Due to our infrastructure in the offices, we cannot provide external support at the moment. In urgent cases we can also be reached via Imprint on our internal contact form.
