Hi,

I scanned the barcode and it gave me a code: "XXX XXX"

I typed it in exactly as it appeared and it says the code is invalid!

Please help!

Works fine for me. Maybe you insert a wrong code?

Try the 6 digits without space?

It works! Is it possible to add multiple devices? We have many staff members who use our account.
