When you use adbfire you are supposed to push it directly to the userdata folder. However, I would recommend just using Kodi's file manager. Place the adfancedsettings.xml file either on a USB drive, or on a network share, and use the file manager to copy it to the "profile directory" link, which is a shortcut to the userdata folder.
