@Cannonau, das wird im nächsten Update gefixt! Weiß zwar noch nicht genau was das Problem ist aber es wird untersucht.
So heute gab es wieder ein Update. Changelog ist diesmal auf English, hoffe das ist ok.

Changes 0025:
* general:
*** changelog will be now in english
* feature:
*** disabled folders will now have a grey background color in folder manager
*** in folder manager you have a new filter "disabled" to search for all your disabeld folders
* improvement:
*** offline folders will be disabled after 2 offline checks
****** offline folders will not be deleted, only marked as disabled for checker
****** its improve overall system health
****** if you edit your offline folder its reset the disabled status and it will be checked
Da wir keine Ordner löschen denke ich wird dies erst einmal die Beste Lösung sein.
