Hello. I still couldn't disable Microsoft Authenticator. Is there no one to help?

My phone is somehow broken. I had backed up the verified IDs. I'm running the Microsoft Authenticator app now. I'm restoring ids from backup. It asks for a recovery sentence, I enter it correctly, when the process is finished it says "verified IDs loaded successfully" but nothing appears. I want to disable the two step method in https://www.szenebox.org/ security settings, here it asks for code but phone app does not generate code. Would you help me with this topic? How can I reach the site authority and disable two-step verification?
