Hello. I still couldn't disable Microsoft Authenticator. Is there no one to help?
My phone is somehow broken. I had backed up the verified IDs. I'm running the Microsoft Authenticator app now. I'm restoring ids from backup. It asks for a recovery sentence, I enter it correctly, when the process is finished it says "verified IDs loaded successfully" but nothing appears. I want to disable the two step method in https://www.szenebox.org/ security settings, here it asks for code but phone app does not generate code. Would you help me with this topic? How can I reach the site authority and disable two-step verification?

First of all, you should have mentioned on your leading post that you're talking about THIS site.
Second and related to 1st, you posted under "technology, hardware, software" instead of "Feedback & support". How should anyone know that you're talking about THIS site if you don't mention it?
3rd, an administrator told you to contact an administrator on the specific site. Did you do that via PM before too?
Probably everyone here thought that you're talking about a different site.
